Our Lil Kooee journey actually started before Pippa was even born! 🥹💕

When we were first pregnant, we visited the baby expo and had the pleasure of meeting Susie, the founder of Lil Kooee. We spent quite a while chatting with her about the bottles, the Airshield valve and the knowledge behind their design from her 20+ years of experience. We were completely sold — and walked away from the expo having purchased our very first baby item! 🍼💗

Fast forward to now and our little Pippa is almost 3 months old and has absolutely loved her Lil Kooee bottles from the beginning. We started with the NB teat and have now transitioned beautifully onto the SS teat. The transition has been incredible and feeding has been such an easy experience for her.

When Pippa was only 5 days old, we realised breastfeeding unfortunately wasn’t going to work for us and suddenly needed more bottles. My brother was heading to the next baby expo, and Lil Kooee made it so easy for us to organise for him to pick up extra bottles for Pippa. We’ve since ordered even more because we genuinely love them that much! 😂🍼

One of the biggest things for us has been how comfortable Pippa has been with her feeds. We haven’t experienced the sore tummy pains and discomfort that some other parents we know have had with their little ones, and we’ve been incredibly happy with how she has taken to these bottles.

The customer service has also been fantastic. Anytime we’ve emailed with a question or wanted more information, we’ve always received such helpful and quick responses.

From meeting Susie while pregnant, to buying our very first baby purchase, to now watching our nearly 3-month-old happily drinking from the same bottles — we couldn’t be happier with our choice.

We have had huge feeding difficulties and seen dietitians, speech therapists, multiple IBCL’s and OTs… after spending a fortune trying so many bottles, we have finally found yours. Lil’ Kooee meet the “triangle” criteria and also aren’t as stretchy as the pigeon ones of the same shape (which make feeding more hard work for little ones with oral function difficulties). Just want to say thanks for creating such a wonderful product!

We have used these bottles to provide my expressed breast milk to my newborn. She has taken the bottle's extremely well. They are easy to clean and sterilise and I find them to be better then some big company brands. Hoping they can be accessible in baby stores everywhere.

I’ve personally used Susie as a sleep consultant after trying what felt like every sleep program out there with no success 😂 She has 20+ years experience and was actually recommended to me by an influencer who is VERY particular and had also tried everything. She was amazing, but that’s another story 😂

You can tell that experience has gone into these products. The bottles are so clever, designed around a baby’s natural feeding rhythm with a valve that sends air back into the bottle rather than baby swallowing it.

And OMG the feeding spoon! I was struggling to get my baby to eat solids, and since using it feeding has been SO much easier. Even the bowls and silicone feeder are so thoughtfully designed, right down to the feeder actually fitting properly in a baby’s little mouth.

It’s one of those ranges you use and think, why aren’t they all designed like this?!

After trying so many different bottles, I’ve finally found the best ones on the market. My daughter had been really struggling with the transition between teat sizes on the Pigeon narrow neck bottles (which I’ve since learned is a very common issue). Feeding had become stressful for both of us. After seeing the Lil Kooee bottles recommended in a formula feeding group, I decided to buy one bottle and a pack of transition teats. I can honestly say the difference was immediate. My daughter was so much happier and took to the bottle with ease.
She also has silent reflux, and these bottles have significantly reduced her gas and discomfort, making feeds so much more enjoyable.
I only wish I’d known about Lil Kooee from the day she was born because they have truly been a game changer for us. The quality is exceptional, and the customer service has been just as amazing.

After trying many different bottles and teats for my baby we found the lil kooee natural instinct bottles to be the best match. The flow rate was perfect as we found many other brands to either be too fast or too slow, we struggled to find something in between until we heard about lil kooee. Their customer service was exceptional and we are happy to support a small Australian business.

I purchased a newborn starter pack “just in case” and I am so glad I did! We had some latch issues and I needed to bottle feed in the interim - our LC approved of the bottle shape and we haven’t had any bottle/breast confusion. My order was packaged with a hand written note from Susie and included extra teats.

My baby has been using Lil’ Kooee since he was 3 weeks old and now at 3 months, I can honestly say these bottles have been life changing for us.

Even though my baby was born full term, he constantly coughed during both bottle and breastfeeding. Before discovering Lil’ Kooee, we tried so many different bottles including NUK, Philips and Suavinex, spending hundreds trying to find something that actually worked. We even saw a speech therapist, who suggested trying a narrow teat instead.

I was desperately searching for a bottle with a genuinely slow flow that would stop my baby coughing and choking during feeds, until I came across a Lil’ Kooee ad. I ordered the bottles with the NB teat and the improvement was immediate. Feeding became so much calmer and safer for him. Then SS teat which was a smooth transition.

A few days ago I tried moving him up to the S teat, but the flow was still a little too fast for him and milk was pooling in his mouth, causing coughing during feeds. Then, with my last order, Lil’ Kooee included a sample of their new Transition teat and once again, it was perfect. No coughing, no stress, just smooth feeding.

It honestly feels like this company truly understands baby feeding and flow rates better than any other brand we’ve tried.

I had such an incredible experience with Lil Kooee that I felt I had to leave a review.

I originally started looking into narrow neck bottles after reading about their benefits for oral development and feeding function. I had been using another brand but was having issues with the air vent system not working effectively, which made feeds more difficult for my baby.

I came across Lil Kooee and was really interested in their teat design, particularly the use of a proper duck valve. I ordered a range of teats to try, but initially struggled because I had selected a flow that was too fast for my baby.

What completely blew me away was the level of customer support. The owner, Susie, personally reached out to ask for feedback, and after I shared a video of the feeding issues we were having, she went above and beyond - coming to my home with a variety of teats to trial and helping me find the right flow for my baby.

She took the time to explain teat shapes, feeding mechanics, and how they relate to oral development, which gave me so much confidence in what I was using. On top of that, she generously provided some teats for us to continue using.

It’s incredibly rare to experience this level of genuine care and dedication from a company. I’m so impressed not only with the product design but with the passion and support behind it from Susie.

We ordered two new born bottles and paid for express delivery. About an hour later (on a Saturday) a lady turned up at our door and dropped the bottles off to our front door. We were blown away by the service. The customer service was outstanding and we were also given a few extra goodies to help us out which was unexpected. Kooee already came highly recommended to us so we know the products are great!!

We've used the bottles from birth and they feel so luxurious and have stayed clear with 5 months of washing and sterilising. It's great to have a product that looks and feels like glass, but is lightweight and far more practical, but just as safe for bubs! Highly recommend!
