Return Policy Details:

1. Eligibility

• Returns are accept within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Items must be returned unused (hygience reasons) in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns

2. Process

• Contact our team at support@lilkooee.com.au to initiate the returns process.

3. Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure we receive your returned item/s.

4. Refunds

• Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

5. Non-refundable items

• To ensure hygiene the Lil'Kooee Natural Instinct Teats are a non-refundable item.

6. Damaged or defective products

• If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact support@lilkooee.com.au with photos to arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
